📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans • Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals • Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday • Support expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Independent/full clinical licensure, including LCSW or equivalent clinical credential • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets
