📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Conduct approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete additional state licensure requirements as requested as Brave Health expands into new markets • Complete a brief post-application questionnaire and work with a senior recruiter if there is a mutual fit

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Ongoing authorization cannot depend on temporary or employer-dependent visa status • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Full/independent licensure in the applicable state
