📋 Description

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population • Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform • Deliver outcomes-focused care through collaboration and caregiver engagement • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes • Complete documentation accurately and on time • Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication • Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

🎯 Requirements

• Active Texas occupational therapy license • Previously enrolled in Texas Medicaid • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) • Individual NPI number • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings • Reliable internet connection • Comfort with teletherapy platforms • Strong computer literacy • Ability to learn new systems independently • Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
