📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week • See an average of 6 clients per day • Use comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools • Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
