📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as required for expansion into new markets • Must be comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Clinical experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
