📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment through technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Work Monday through Friday on a set schedule with no weekends • Complete a brief post-application questionnaire if requested • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Must be comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
