📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve care goals • Provide care through telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients per day • Support access to care for patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent listed credential • Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required for market expansion
