📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy • Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans and use comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Conduct approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Work with patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure in an applicable state • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Willingness and ability to provide one-on-one psychotherapy, including to adolescents ages 13–17 • Ability to complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Ability to commit to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule
