📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient mental health services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure in a relevant state credential (e.g., LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC) • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Willingness and ability to provide one-on-one psychotherapy, including to adolescents ages 13–17 • Comfortable completing approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically 6–8 patients per day • Comfortable completing clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Able to work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule
