📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Conduct psychotherapy and comprehensive assessments • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Serve patients through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete the post-application questionnaire and participate in the recruiter process if mutually selected

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week • Experience with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders • Experience with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder • Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week • Current active clinical licensure such as LSW, LMSW, LPC, or equivalent
