📋 Description

• Support the growing telehealth team in a supervisory-only capacity • Provide NP collaboration and supervision with no direct patient care • Provide clinical guidance and case consultation to Nurse Practitioners • Conduct chart reviews and audits • Provide input on internal practice standards • Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent care across virtual behavioral health programs

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO; must be willing to obtain additional state licenses • Board certified in Psychiatry required; child/adolescent psychiatry board certification is a plus • Active DEA • Prior experience in a collaborative role with Nurse Practitioners • Experience in Addiction, SMI, SUD, and Dual Diagnosis • Experience working with children and adolescent psychiatry patients • Experience with and knowledge of managed care, Medicaid, and private payers • Experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Treatment • Prior telehealth experience • Adaptable to technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and EHRs • Awareness of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment • Responsiveness to texts, phone calls, and emails during business hours
