📋 Description

• Provide clinical guidance, case consultation, chart reviews, and audits for Nurse Practitioners • Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners in a supervisory-only capacity • Provide input on internal practice standards • Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent care • Support virtual behavioral health programs • Work in a telehealth environment with no direct patient care required

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO • Board certified in Psychiatry required • Child/adolescent psychiatry board certification is a plus • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses • Florida, Illinois, and/or New York state licenses highly preferred • Adaptability to technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and EHRs • Responsiveness to texts, phone calls, and emails during business hours • Prior experience in a collaborative role with Nurse Practitioners • Experience in addiction, SMI, SUD, or dual diagnosis • Experience working with children and adolescent psychiatry patients • Active DEA • Awareness of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 • Experience with and knowledge of managed care, Medicaid, and private payers • Experience in child and adolescent mental health treatment • Prior telehealth experience • Eligibility to work in the United States • Must work without visa sponsorship; Brave Health cannot provide or assist with visas or obtaining work eligibility • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus • Strong interpersonal skills • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
