📋 Description

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to prepare to independently manage a dedicated territory • Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex industrial retread equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems • Perform routine equipment calibrations and install hardware/software kits • Train dealer personnel on operation and maintenance of major retread equipment • Manage plant installation and modification projects from initiation to completion • Coordinate with external contractors to meet project timelines and specifications • Conduct Bandag Systems Audits and UPS Audits • Analyze plant production data and develop action plans to improve productivity and quality KPIs • Develop and maintain relationships with Bandag dealers and Area Management Teams • Contribute to 3-year strategic resource plans and support material flow and production efficiency • Document dealer visits and service activities accurately • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience • Military experience/training in electronics or electrical systems considered equivalent to an Associate's degree • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field preferred • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to effectively train others • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory • Training requires several months in Muscatine, Iowa, with occasional field work and weekend returns home • Travel expected to range between 50% and 75% during training • Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification required at start of employment if hired • Temporary work authorization or need for sponsorship may disqualify employment
