📋 Description

• Proactively identify and source software companies aligned with investment goals • Develop a robust M&A pipeline of opportunities • Lead outbound prospecting through strategic, targeted outreach • Build rapport and long-term professional relationships with business owners, founders, executives, and senior leadership • Establish credibility and position Harris as the acquirer of choice • Develop and implement methods to improve the outreach process • Use the M&A CRM to manage the pipeline and meticulously track activities • Use pipeline data to support effective decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated individual with a track record of taking initiative and achieving targets in a business development environment • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own work • Strong relationship-building, communication, and rapport-building skills • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, including C-suite executives • Ability to work independently and see complex projects through • Positive, resilient attitude and entrepreneurial drive • Ability to engage confidently and credibly with founders and senior executives • Professionalism and executive presence • Solid understanding of business operations and business acumen • 2–5 years of experience in M&A is preferred
