📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects • Apply technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support clients • Deliver analysis and process improvement strategies using advanced technology tools • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' revenue cycles • Collaborate with various levels of client leadership • Deliver client-focused solutions in professional services or consulting engagements • Manage multiple projects and guide cross-functional teams • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Foster client relationships and support business development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required • 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience, focused on professional billing coding and charging • Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role • Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, especially coding and charge capture processes • Strong technical knowledge in the area of expertise • Relevant licensure or certifications expected, such as CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, or RHIA • Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and guide cross-functional teams • Exceptional financial and analytical skills • Aptitude for using data and data analytics tools, such as Excel • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Up to 20% travel to client sites as needed • Experience with professional clinical documentation and EMR systems such as Athena or Epic preferred • MBA, MHA, and/or MPH highly desirable • CPC, CPPM, CCDS-O, Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration, and charge capture/coding experience desired
