Behavioral Health Clinic is a multi-location mental health provider in Wisconsin offering a broad range of behavioral health services across the lifespan. They operate both in-person and via telehealth from many clinic locations and accept insurance; they also provide student-centered and school therapy services and host resources like a podcast and a blog.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations • Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions • Manage medications • Provide follow-up psychiatric care • Practice child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and/or geriatric psychiatry • Deliver telepsychiatry and in-person psychiatric services • Develop collaborative treatment plans • Serve specialty psychiatric populations based on physician expertise • Mentor psychiatric providers • Recruit and onboard physicians • Develop psychiatric clinical standards and evidence-based practices • Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives • Support psychiatric program development and expansion • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives • Provide physician education and clinical consultation • Help develop psychiatric services across Wisconsin • Potentially advance into a Medical Director or physician leadership role

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry • Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure • Active DEA registration or eligibility • Strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric care • Preferred: Interest in physician leadership • Preferred: Interest in mentoring other psychiatric providers • Preferred: Experience with clinical program development • Preferred: Interest in quality improvement and psychiatric service expansion
