• Evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities through evaluations and reassessments • Develop, monitor, and update individualized speech and language treatment plans • Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals • Collaborate with and train parents and caregivers to support treatment goals • Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive interdisciplinary care • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system • Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development • Report directly to the Clinical Director
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders • Active state SLP licensure • ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Experience working with children with ASD (preferred) • Familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments (preferred) • Experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education (preferred) • Monday to Friday availability • Full-time or part-time availability • Flexible schedule
