📋 Description

• Lead strategy for a distributed team supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) • Translate product and executive leadership strategy into executable roadmaps • Drive disciplined agile delivery and meaningful outcomes for clients and communities • Apply knowledge of policy, compliance, procurement, and contracting to product decisions • Mentor product staff and drive cross-team collaboration • Represent Bellese's product philosophy with clients and the civic tech community • Identify organic growth opportunities within the program • Support company-wide business development initiatives • Partner with senior Product leaders to elevate the product management practice • Align stakeholders around delivery plans and keep complex, multi-team programs on track

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card only; sponsorship is not offered • US Residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation • 3+ years operating at the Principal or equivalent senior IC level in a Product Management role • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Exceptional command of written and verbal English, with the ability to translate complex technical and policy concepts for diverse audiences • Deep understanding of the consulting mindset working with executive partners and stakeholders • Demonstrated habit of staying current with emerging industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, with the ability to form and articulate informed, evidence-based opinions • Demonstrated experience owning delivery execution and roadmap management across a portfolio of products or complex, multi-team programs • Strong command of modern product management practices including user-centered design, agile delivery, and continuous discovery • Track record of mentoring and elevating less experienced product practitioners • Proven ability to influence and align executive stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional delivery teams without formal authority • Experience contributing to business development efforts including proposals, client relationships, or practice growth initiatives
