📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer inquiries, objections, and complaints across multiple communication channels • Provide solutions, escalate issues when necessary, and build trust through positive, professional interactions • Initiate calls to prospects and existing customers, present products or services, highlight features and benefits, and close sales • Organize follow-ups to maximize conversions and exceed monthly targets • Generate and maintain leads from campaigns • Track interactions and accurately update information in communication platforms • Communicate with the team and support retail locations to meet targets • Share insights, trends, and feedback to improve the customer experience across the organization • Exceed customer expectations through issue resolution, proactive follow-up, and customer-focused support while supporting sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or wireless experience, or relevant experience • At least 1 year of sales experience, or 1–2 years of wireless/technology sales experience • Call center or customer outreach experience preferred • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Exceptional time management and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Comfortable with phone-based customer outreach and customer service support • Ability to exceed expectations without constant oversight • Dependability, punctuality, professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability • Ability to work remotely or independently while maintaining high performance standards • Must be at least 18 years of age • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the local time zone • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet access • Comfortable executing a structured sales process involving prospecting, outreach, and closing support • Successful completion of a background check • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
