📋 Description

• Provide hands-on support to customers in the field • Provide maintenance and repair services at customer sites • Offer solutions beyond repairs and maintenance • Train staff on using equipment • Train customers on using equipment • Travel frequently to customer sites, typically daily • Use power tools occasionally • Support Benco Dental’s mission to drive dentistry forward

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) • Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred) • Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs • Organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • Mechanical or Technical experience/education • Experience in electrical, customer service, military, software/hardware, pneumatics, or HVAC is relevant • Routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting • Must frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds; occasionally 56 to 100 pounds • Ability to use hands, arms, and shoulders for pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity • Ability to work in tight spaces • Frequent daily travel to customer sites • Occasional use of power tools
