📋 Description

• Provide hands-on support to customers in the field • Provide maintenance and repair services out in the field • Offer solutions beyond repairs and maintenance • Train staff on using equipment • Train customers on using equipment • Travel frequently to customer sites, typically daily • Support Benco Dental’s mission to drive dentistry forward

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) • Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred) • Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs • Organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • Mechanical or Technical experience/education • Electrical, Customer service, Military, or Software/hardware experience • Pneumatics experience • HVAC experience • Routine walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting • Must frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds • Occasionally lift/lower/carry/push/pull 56 to 100 pounds • Ability to perform routine pushing, pulling, grasping and manual dexterity in the use of hands, arms and shoulders • Able to work in tight spaces • Frequent travel to customer sites (daily) • Occasional use of power tools
