📋 Description

• Provide maintenance and repair services in the field • Install and support dental equipment at customer sites • Train staff on using equipment • Train customers on using equipment • Provide hands-on, customer-focused solutions beyond repairs and maintenance • Travel frequently to customer sites, typically daily • Work as an independent team player supporting Benco Dental customers

🎯 Requirements

• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based programs • Organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Exceptional communication skills • Mechanical or Technical experience/education • Experience in electrical, customer service, military, software/hardware, pneumatics, or HVAC fields is relevant • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) • Technical training in the bio-medical or electronics field (Preferred) • Able to work in tight spaces • Frequent travel to customer sites (daily) • Occasional use of power tools • Routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting • Frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds; occasionally 56 to 100 pounds • Routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity using hands, arms, and shoulders
