📋 Description

• Prepare or oversee technical analysis concerning impact fees, special assessments, infrastructure planning, and funding studies • Assist with quality control and assurance • Prepare project scopes of services and fee estimates • Prepare or review written summaries of analyses, including graphs, charts, and tables • Lead client meetings and present study methodology and findings to elected officials • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings • Assist in developing marketing materials, including project proposals • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, engineering, planning, public administration, geography, or related area • 10+ years of relevant work experience • Certified Planner (AICP) license preferred • Strong analytical/qualitative skills • Ability to interpret related data • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations to elected officials, stakeholders, and the general public • Project management experience • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Demonstrated technical and legal proficiency in impact fees or special assessments • Economic/demographic analysis/projections • Preferred knowledge and experience in utility fees, non ad valorem assessments, user fees, facility planning, and school facility planning
