📋 Description

• Collaborate with our Recruiting Manager to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans that align with our company's growth objectives. • Leverage your sourcing superpowers to identify passive and active candidates through social media, networking events, job fairs, and professional organizations. • Conduct insightful interviews (video, phone, and in-person) that unveil each candidate's full potential. • Provide data-driven recruitment reports, empowering our leadership team to make informed decisions. • Recommend innovative recruitment strategies and process improvements that align with industry best practices. • Adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, personnel records, and compensation management guidelines. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, representing our company with integrity throughout the recruiting process.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent (agency or in-house experience welcome!) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. • Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. • Passion for our company's mission and a genuine desire to contribute to our success. • Available to attend in-person orientation, onboarding, initial training, department meetings, and site-based activities at designated Benore locations as required.
