🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent (agency or in-house experience welcome!) β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders β€’ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools β€’ Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities β€’ Passion for our company's mission and a genuine desire to contribute to our success
