📋 Description

• Develop and maintain financial models supporting central utility, chilled water, renewable energy, and power infrastructure projects • Evaluate project economics, pricing strategies, capital structures, and financing alternatives • Update assumptions, validate inputs, and ensure project-level financial model accuracy • Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses involving capacity, costs, revenues, financing assumptions, and regulatory impacts • Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentation materials for executive leadership and project teams • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external advisors, including legal counsel, tax professionals, accounting firms, lenders, and investors • Collaborate with engineering, operations, development, and finance teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and support project execution • Analyze project and business performance and identify process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities • Maintain financial databases, model documentation, and analytical tools • Interpret financial data and prepare analyses supporting business planning and strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field required; four years of directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree • Two years of related experience required • Outstanding analytical skills • Expertise in developing and utilizing detailed Excel-based financial models • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel • VBA experience preferred • Functional experience in corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, or fixed income preferred • Comfortable in a high-growth environment with changing priorities and competing demands • 0-15% travel required • Ability to perform the stated physical activities and light work involving objects up to 20 pounds
