📋 Description

• Provide technical authority and direction for Integrated Solutions project delivery and retro-commissioning activities • Support all phases of the commissioning process • Collaborate with the engineer of record on system optimization and field solutions development • Support standards and process development, training, and mentorship of Technical Services staff • Provide technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys • Lead site surveys to assess existing facility conditions and scope requirements • Develop energy conservation strategies for retro-commissioning projects • Assist design teams with integration of energy conservation strategies • Review RFPs for equipment and services procurement • Collaborate on project engineering in accordance with best practices, company standards, and applicable codes • Review critical equipment and system submittals • Conduct commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documents • Advise project teams on technical and resource requirements • Visit sites to review construction progress, installation quality, and deficiencies • Troubleshoot equipment and system installation/setup problems • Provide technical support for project implementation • Assist with optimization of complex equipment and system upgrades • Identify project execution gaps and create standards/processes to address them • Support or develop project execution tools • Solve system integration and operation problems • Promote ENFRA brand excellence and positive client experiences • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Technical Services employees • Complete technical reports and related documents • Develop training materials • Provide post-implementation on-site operations and maintenance training • Inform significant business decisions while executing project assignments • Perform other duties assigned by company leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning • Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license • Expert technical knowledge of the subject matter • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Customer/client orientation • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others • Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects with competing deadlines • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary • Preferred: Central Energy Plant, Healthcare, or Higher Education project experience • Preferred: Chilled Water, Heating Water, Steam, and Tower Water system project experience • Preferred: Hydronic system distribution project experience • Preferred: Building automation, controls, and systems integration project experience • Preferred: Test and Balance project experience • Preferred: Energy Management project experience • Preferred: AutoCAD and REVIT experience • Ability to travel 50% of the time to job sites/office locations • Ability to perform physical activities including climbing stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles • Ability to remain standing or sitting for prolonged periods • Ability to move between worksites • Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions • Ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds
