📋 Description

• Promote and sell company equipment, products, services, and consumables. • Build, develop and maintain a distributor network within your territory. • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets. • Develop, maintain, and execute a Regional Account Plan to meet or exceed sales targets. • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for OEM, dealers, and reps. • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. • Work closely with customers to ensure the company is meeting all goals & objectives towards customer satisfaction. • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner. • Timely, complete, and accurate CRM entry and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. • Keeping up to date with company price lists and product literature. • Maintaining technological education for relevant software (Microsoft 365, Concur, HubSpot, etc.) • Collaborating with Sales team and management to establish and execute a sales goal for the region. • Assisting distributor sales personnel in their techniques. • Having Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with distributor leadership. • Educating distributors with presentations of strategies, programs, training, and regular meetings. • Attend training sessions and company meetings as required. • Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Residence within territory • 5+ years’ proven sales experience in Packaging and/or Industrial Manufacturing Sales • Proficiency with MS 360 Suite • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM • Effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills • Convenient access to airport and territory roadways • Travel up to 75%
