📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop the commercial sales team, focusing on recruitment, retention, and ongoing development • Foster partnerships between sales, customer service, and operations by collaborating with other commercial business units • Drive revenue and profit-margin growth through innovation and strategic opportunities • Develop and implement market-driven sales strategies and pricing • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers • Implement the sales training process to create customer value and success • Maintain a robust sales pipeline tailored to regional needs • Maintain compliance and safety according to governmental regulations and company standards • Use Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM effectively • Report directly to the General Manager • Travel throughout the region to support current and prospective customers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales within the corrugated packaging industry • Ability to travel throughout the region as necessary to support current and prospective customers • Corrugated sales management experience preferred • Previous experience coaching and leading a high-performing team preferred • Candidates must reside in or relocate to the Chattanooga/Cleveland, Tennessee area • Must comply with applicable governmental regulations and company standards • Effective use of Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Successful completion of a drug test may be required where permitted by state law • Employment is subject to E-Verify
