📋 Description

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process • Articulate Cribl’s value proposition from engineers up to CxOs • Forecast predictably and hit sales targets • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic security sales experience selling into Fortune-level organizations • Experience calling on Security (SIEM and Observability) and IT personas (CISOs/CIOs) • Experience with at least one earlier-stage startup organization with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout the career • Proven track record of landing and expanding seven-figure deals • Success selling to G2K companies • Developed at least one new logo from scratch • Experience selling through a channel-led motion • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions • Background using MEDDIC • Must live local to the Ohio territory and have a track record of successfully selling into the region
