📋 Description
• Review and close escalated customer issues rooted in provider data or processes • Analyze and research customer issues requiring in-depth data investigation • Collaborate with Fleetworthy operations and providers to define technical requirements and provide domain expertise • Partner with Operations, Development, and Product teams to recommend technology solutions and process improvements • Engage with customers as needed • Maintain broad knowledge of the company’s services
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years’ experience in a toll or transportation role in a similar environment (preferred) • Intermediate Excel skills • Excellent time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills with internal and external customers • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment • Possesses and demonstrates Fleetworthy’s Core Competencies and Values
