📋 Description

• Provide clinical expertise and therapy through BetterHelp’s online therapy platform • Conduct scheduled live sessions and communicate through journal entries, audio and video messages, clinical worksheets, and goal setting/tracking • Establish a full clinical caseload through consistent referrals • Focus on clinical work while BetterHelp handles client acquisition, billing, support, and operations • Exercise autonomy over clinical decisions and treatment approaches • Work with clients matching specific expertise, populations, or presenting concerns • Provide therapy using secure, encrypted phone, video, and text-based communication

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience (required) • Master’s degree (required) • Full independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or PsyD • Fully licensed by a State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision • Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens • Private and professional environment for conducting sessions • Excellent written communication • Professional liability insurance • Reliable Internet connection • Currently residing in the US • Not an intern or provider requiring supervision • Substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, Christian counselors, and business coaches are not accepted unless they have an additional mental health counselor license
