📋 Description

• Provide clinical expertise and therapy services through BetterHelp’s online telehealth platform • Establish and manage a full clinical caseload through consistent referrals • Conduct scheduled live sessions and communicate through shared journals, audio and video messages, clinical worksheets, and formal goal setting and tracking • Exercise autonomous clinical judgment regarding effective and clinically appropriate approaches for each client • Work with clients matching specific areas of expertise and presenting concerns • Focus on clinical work while BetterHelp handles client acquisition, billing, support, and operations • Maintain privacy and confidentiality using secure, encrypted communications

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience (Required) • Master’s degree (Required) • Full independent clinical license accepted, such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or PsyD • Must be fully licensed by a State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision • Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens • Private and professional environment for conducting sessions • Excellent written communication • Must have professional liability insurance • Reliable Internet connection • Currently residing in the US • Must not be an intern or require supervision to provide therapy services • Substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, Christian counselors, and business coaches are not accepted unless they have an additional mental health counselor license
