📋 Description

• Recruit licensed therapists to join the BetterHelp network to work with insurance clients • Manage recruitment and onboarding through emails, phone appointments, follow-up calls, and text messages • Work with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team to complete onboarding successfully • Continually optimize recruitment and onboarding processes • Collaborate with teammates to build a world-class product that expands access to mental health care • Participate in product, marketing, and business strategy activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or an SDR role in a quota-carrying, performance-based environment • Experience selling to providers or recruiting providers is strongly preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to convert datasets into digestible insights and actionable decisions • Comfort with a high volume of calls, emails, appointments, and follow-up tasks • Ability to manage tasks independently without constant direct supervision • Comfortable working with Outreach.io, HubSpot, and GSuite • Candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply • Ability to travel to the San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite, with reasonable accommodations available
