📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance core features of our complex enterprise performance management SaaS platform. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern frontend technologies, with guidance and support from senior team members. • Participate actively in code reviews, receiving constructive feedback to learn industry best practices and coding standards. • Assist in identifying and troubleshooting bugs, helping to ensure optimal application performance and reliability. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and translate them into code. • Actively learn and grow your frontend architecture skills by pairing with senior engineers and exploring new technologies. • Bring a strong eagerness to learn, accept mentorship, and continuously improve your other technical skills in a collaborative environment. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in frontend development, sharing what you learn with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, OR equivalent practical experience. • 0–1+ years of software development experience (internships, academic projects, and personal portfolios count!). • Foundational full-stack knowledge, with a strong desire to specialize and grow in frontend development. • Familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and core web technologies (HTML/CSS). • Exposure to or basic experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, React, or similar modern frameworks.
