📋 Description

• Contribute to annual renewal bookings quota and company migration target quota • Serve as point of contact for perpetual customer accounts in a customer segment during renewal or migration motions • Participate in add-on and upsell opportunities related to renewals and migrations • Build and interpret reporting data related to TAR, ACV attained, Point of Renewal Add-ons, and Closed/Lost opportunities • Negotiate with customers and solve problems by proposing effective and creative resolutions • Communicate product use cases, especially SaaS upgrade motions and value propositions • Handle and defuse escalations • Maintain a proactive approach to work • Establish and maintain alignments with Sales, Order Management, Renewal Operations, Billing, Fulfillment, Support, and other internal teams • Understand and adhere to the Bookings Policy and team expectations for resolving orders on hold

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or comparable industry experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and externally with customers • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Ability to self-start and self-direct work independently in a fast-paced environment • Effective interpersonal skills for building productive professional relationships • Proven analytical and problem-resolution skills • Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple goals • Adherence to internal controls, best practices, and efficiencies • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce • Ability to work outside normal office hours during peak times • Minimum 1–2 years of related experience in a software or technology company is a plus • Knowledge of SaaS • Salesforce.com and/or large CRM/ERP experience is a plus
