📋 Description

• Install SCIENION instruments at customer sites and perform Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Provide on-site and remote application support for customers using the sciFLEXARRAYER platform. • Troubleshoot technical and application-related issues to ensure optimal instrument performance. • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades. • Deliver customer training on instrument operation, applications, and best practices. • Support the Sales team by providing technical expertise during customer evaluations and demonstrations. • Prepare customer quotations for service and application support when required. • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues. • Gather customer feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to internal teams. • Maintain accurate service documentation, including service reports, troubleshooting records, user manuals, training materials, and ISO documentation. • Manage customer cases and communication through the Helpdesk ticketing system. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Service & Support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline. • Professional experience in a life sciences, biotechnology, or laboratory environment. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. • Valid driver's license. • Willingness to travel more than 50% domestically and internationally.
