📋 Description
• Grammar development and testing for speech enabled IVR applications using Nuance Recognizers • Functioning as subject matter expert for all issues relating to speech recognition performance • Supporting sales with proposals and questions around speech recognition
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience with Nuance Recognizer, Nuance Dragon Voice, Nuance SpeechSuite • Scripting language such as Perl • Linux and Windows proficiency • JavaScript/ECMAscript for grammar development and testing
