📋 Description

• Lead development of data products that create engaging customer experiences • Leverage real-time data for customer experiences and personalized communications • Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate and build new insights and capabilities • Understand the client’s product and services ecosystem and define requirements for future experiences • Balance strategy, governance and implementation of data-related initiatives • Facilitate discussions among executives, engineers, analysts, product teams and external customers • Collaborate with CRM, product and service teams to define data and functional requirements • Define data products, schemas and models for scalable automated customer experiences • Translate large data initiatives into smaller agile-based stories and allocate resources • Define roadmaps outlining data requirements for new feature development • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to map data personas and consumer profiles

🎯 Requirements

• Data Science or Engineering degree • MBA or Business Degree desired • Ideally 5-years of experience in data product marketing / management • Expertise in data science, data manipulation, visualization and predictive analysis • Strong foundation in analytics and metrics and development of data schemas • Experience in segmentation and targeting strategies across multichannel ecosystem • Understanding of current data and privacy policies and how it impacts customer engagement strategies • Working knowledge and experience with semantic / knowledge graph technologies • Strong organizational skills to ensure that all tasks are completed to established deadlines • Ability to multi-task and organize time and project schedules across multiple projects and people • Demonstrated knowledge of general marketing function through education or work experience • Excellent management and communication skills • Internship candidates: current students or early-career applicants with relevant coursework, projects, or experience
