📋 Description

• Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects deliver business value and technical alignment • Act as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping operating-model decisions and securing executive sponsorship for change • Manage large, complex programs spanning multiple BigPanda products and customer business units • Define, deliver, and track measurable customer value, including business outcomes, ROI, and value-realization plans, across the lifetime of the account • Partner with the Solutions Architect and Solutions Engineer to align BigPanda solutions with client business goals and technical requirements • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes • Partner with the enterprise sales team on Sales-to-Services transitions and critical value delivery workstreams • Champion customer success stories and outcomes validating BigPanda’s business value • Develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in BigPanda’s AI capabilities • Contribute to BigPanda’s best practices framework and continuously improve delivery methodology

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience with enterprise IT projects or SaaS implementations • Experience in AIOps or ITOps • Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions • Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources • Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads • Experience developing risk identification and mitigation plans • Experience developing and delivering value-oriented roadmaps • Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex projects statuses to multiple stakeholders including C-Suite executives • Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones • Remote based role; open to candidates in the United Kingdom • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
