• You take over qualified prospects from the Sales Development team or independently identify opportunities and successfully close them • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle — structured, data-driven, and with a clear focus on win rate and quality of closures • You analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions from our multi-benefit portfolio, and position them convincingly at decision-maker level • You conduct product demos, manage proposal processes and contract negotiations confidently, and apply sales methodologies to ensure accurate CRM documentation • You identify cross- and upselling opportunities during the acquisition process • You actively contribute your best practices to the ongoing development of our sales playbook
• Several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in SaaS, platform, or complex solution sales • Hunter mentality and a proven track record of closing deals • Ability to navigate complex decision-making processes in a structured, value- and benefit-oriented manner at decision-maker level • CRM systems such as HubSpot or Dynamics are part of your daily toolkit • Confident communication in German (C2) • Independent working style and responsibility for pipeline management
