📋 Description

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors • Drive market development within the assigned territory • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with medical key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals • Prospect for and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers • Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization in the assigned geography • Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including business development and lead generation • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events • Deliver clinical information to external clients and internal teams • Report to a Regional Manager - Prenatal

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in specified geographic territory • Demonstrated successful sales track record and understanding of buyer/decision maker types • Effective selling, listening, and presentation skills • Excellent organizational and communication skills, written and verbal • Ability to effectively present to internal and external customers • Effective time management skills and ability to assess and prioritize opportunities • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically • Ability to assess medical professionals' and staff members' needs, with focus on consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving • Ability to work independently with an internal drive to be successful • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy and information • Values and ethics supporting BillionToOne's mission, goals, and professional code of conduct • Ability to use discretion and professionalism when handling patient and physician information and documentation • Must act with a sense of urgency and focus on closing business
