📋 Description

• Lead project teams to deliver multiple simultaneous projects spanning several business and technology areas • Manage resources, schedules, and deliverable quality throughout the full project life cycle: discovery, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation • Manage projects implementing new clients or additional products for existing clients • Discuss project requirements based on clients’ statements of work, including data file specifications, data elements, and file transmission protocols • Establish shared understanding of timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations across internal and external teams • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using project management software • Host weekly client status meetings and track, plan, and report implementation progress, hours utilized, and targeted go-live dates • Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals • Monitor change requests and prevent unapproved requirement modifications and scope creep • Communicate with third-party providers and manage client expectations • Manage revenue and profit responsibility for directly managed projects • Provide consultative direction and resolve conflicts or concerns with clients • Ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in full life-cycle management of medium to large scale technical/SaaS projects • Proven success as a leader, independently managing complex initiatives, external customers and internal stakeholders • Experience managing SaaS Projects and/or IT projects, with the ability to discuss both technical and business project requirements • Critical thinking to analyze complex situations and independently determine the appropriate course of action • Strong skills and experience in issue resolution, with the ability to influence team members and other stakeholders, and the ability to conduct difficult negotiations • Strong sense of urgency and proven background meeting stringent timelines for project deliverables • Ability to quickly learn organization structure, numerous product offerings, and product configuration options • Ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently • Excellent written and oral presentation skills to conduct client and status meetings • Experience with Project Management Tools to execute under accelerated timeframes • Bachelor’s Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent education/experience
