📋 Description

• Lead complex, client-facing projects and coordinate cross-functional teams • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including schedules, contract compliance and budgets • Develop project-progress monitoring and problem-solving mechanisms with customer representatives, developers and clients • Oversee project deliverables, status, budgets, pricing, schedules and status reports • Analyze client processes, recommend solutions, lead client training, and manage implementation, maintenance and support of new processes and software • Manage team sprint-cycle priorities and collaborate with development leadership on new development • Delegate and contribute to testing for new development and potential system bugs • Monitor client requests and recommend efficiency and rapid-response solutions • Oversee operational aspects and liaise between management and delivery teams • Coordinate responses to client bids and requests for proposals • Assist with product and service demonstrations • Organize business-development strategy sessions and track development plans • Organize product-learning sessions • Directly supervise 1–2 support and entry/immediate-level professionals • Coach colleagues and lead strategy and work-plan execution • Lead a firm-wide initiative to develop best practices and training modules for the ASG track • Provide after-hours client support and travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Project Management Certification (PMP) • 4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and plan work efficiently within set time limits • Excellent ability to communicate project status, issues and information to the client and project team • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills, preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access • Background in State Benefit programs, including Medicaid and SNAP • Knowledge of eligibility determination processes • Knowledge of CMS and FNA • Ability to manage time and deliver to aggressive and/or changing time schedules • No sponsorship for newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship • Ability to provide after-hours client support and travel as required
