📋 Description
• Manage hotel room blocks, coordinate staff travel, and schedule venue walkthroughs. • Collaborate with event organizers to finalize sponsorship agreements. • Track, gather, and deliver all contractual sponsor deliverables and brand assets. • Interface with all vendors to ensure on-time execution. • Oversee registration, guest lists, and technical troubleshooting during live events.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing corporate conferences, seminars, and VIP dinners. • Proven ability to read, interpret, and fulfill sponsorship contract line items. • Experience managing complex hotel room blocks and group booking logistics. • Mastery of event software to finalize registration of attendees and event logistics. • Strong negotiation skills for handling venue contracts and organizer disputes.
