📋 Description

• Lead and manage monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans • Develop financial reporting and trend analysis packages for executive leadership • Monitor business performance indicators and communicate risks, opportunities, and financial trends • Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results • Build financial models evaluating profitability, operational performance, and investment opportunities • Support short-term and long-term financial objectives • Partner with segment presidents, vice presidents, and business leaders on financial performance and strategic initiatives • Provide financial and operational insights for organizational decision-making • Assist with Audit Committee and Board of Directors presentations and financial materials • Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership • Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial integration, reporting, and forecasting • Develop and maintain cost models for business, departmental, and product profitability • Manage global budgeting processes and budget-to-actual performance reviews • Support capital expenditure forecasting and reporting, including software development investments • Prepare ad hoc financial and operational analyses • Liaise with internal and external audit teams • Assist with financial policies, controls, and procedures • Lead, coach, and develop finance team members • Establish performance expectations and conduct evaluations • Provide mentoring and career development for direct reports • Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 15+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related finance leadership roles • 10+ years of people leadership and supervisory experience • Strong analytical, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling experience • Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools • Experience presenting financial information to executive teams and business leaders • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • CPA certification preferred • MBA or equivalent advanced business degree preferred • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations preferred • Experience applying capitalized software accounting guidance preferred • Knowledge of software licensing models and related accounting principles preferred • Experience supporting software development organizations and technology-enabled businesses preferred • Experience with foreign currency accounting and multinational financial operations preferred • Experience managing large and complex datasets preferred • Experience within healthcare, clinical research, technology, life sciences, or regulated industries preferred • Working knowledge of FDA regulations preferred
