📋 Description

• Own budget management for R&D organizations, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis • Partner with R&D leadership to identify and model growth initiatives and guide investment decisions • Lead and develop a small team supporting budgeting, financial modeling, and project execution across R&D • Prepare business analyses, insights, and financial modeling for the COO, CFO, CTO, and executive stakeholders • Build and improve management reporting and analyses for data-driven decision-making • Develop understanding of Tanium’s product and go-to-market model and translate it into operational and financial information • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and models • Operate effectively in high-growth environments and ambiguity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance • Minimum of 8+ years of strategic/corporate finance, investment banking/management consulting, or high-growth technology company experience • Experience leveraging AI to automate processes and improve efficiency • Prior experience partnering with R&D or GTM organizations, preferably in technology/software with subscription/SaaS models • Experience solving complex business problems and developing options, recommendations, and action plans • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to craft precise and elegant responses quickly • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency • Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
