📋 Description

• Serve as a credible medical/scientific expert engaging Key Medical Experts and healthcare professionals • Increase confidence in clinical decisions related to disease state and Biogen products • Build deep, strategic, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Act as a responsive, solutions-driven partner to leaders in the medical community • Engage in projects and initiatives aligned to US Medical strategy, objectives, and tactics • Deliver against qualitative and quantitative medical excellence goals, standards, and measurements • Navigate resources at offices in collaboration with field and non-field colleagues • Capture and report KME/HCP medical insights using Veeva • Inform medical and clinical strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Scientific or Clinical degree is required (NP, PA); Doctoral level degree strongly preferred (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP) • 3+ years of Rheumatology/Dermatology Medical Science Liaison experience is required • Must reside within the boundaries of the territory covering LA, TN, IN, OH, and MI • Effective communication • Comfortable using and experimenting with technology; willingness and aptitude to learn new tools and systems • Delivers reliably against goals and meets or exceeds metrics and KPIs • Understands industry rules and is committed to following them • Able to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel • Must be 18 years of age or older • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental • Preference for clinical experience and subject matter expertise in systemic and/or cutaneous lupus (CLE)
