📋 Description

• Develop and execute multi-prong sourcing strategies for assigned searches and priority talent segments • Maximize sourcing channels and referral networks with measurable goals and outcomes • Build and maintain active pipelines aligned to current and forecasted skills gaps • Partner with Recruiting Partners, HRBPs, and hiring leaders on role intake, success profiles, sourcing approach, and stakeholder communication • Produce and present market and talent intelligence, including talent supply/demand, competitor mapping, compensation and location insights, diversity availability, and funnel conversion • Deliver recurring pipeline and sourcing performance reporting • Prepare candidate slates, conduct in-depth candidate interviews, and provide calibrated assessments and recommendations • Identify process gaps, test enhancements, support adoption of new tools, document best practices, and influence standard work • Lead conference and event strategy when needed, including pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up • Represent Biogen at professional meetings, conferences, career fairs, networking events, college fairs, and diversity events • Ensure staffing activities comply with corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required • 10+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in agency/executive search or corporate environments • Knowledge of progressive sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing of passive candidates, competitive/market intelligence, job boards, internet and social media sourcing, and networking/referral-driven sourcing • Experience conducting market research, mapping organizations, name generation, and candidate development • Stakeholder management capability, including setting and managing expectations with hiring leaders, recruiters, and HR partners • Ability to develop, analyze, and report on talent pipelines and recruiting metrics • Experience translating insights into actions and stakeholder-ready updates • Strong candidate assessment skills, cold-calling, relationship building, and behavioral interviewing techniques • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and ways of working
