📋 Description

• Lead regional and global sourcing initiatives for products and services • Negotiate with suppliers and establish negotiating strategies • Manage contract renewals, terms, dates, and deadlines • Establish service-level agreements based on stakeholder requirements and industry best practices • Develop and manage RFIs, RFPs, and other sourcing documentation • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, strategic sourcing, finance and accounting, legal, data privacy, and security teams • Measure, track, and report ROI by engagement • Review sourcing requirements from cross-functional business leaders • Lead cross-functional sourcing and supplier-management initiatives • Support supplier relationship management to maximize BCD Travel's sourcing and purchasing power

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Supply Chain Management experience • Previous experience working on technology, telecommunications, HR and other types of sourcing engagements • Strong business knowledge • Effective spoken and written communication skills in English • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
