📋 Description

• Capture, analyze, and report data to support Trinity Health leadership and operational efficiency • Audit department information, produce reports, and suggest process improvements • Research, collect, compile, synthesize, and analyze operational and sourcing data • Collaborate on performance improvement activities related to program efficiency and patient experience • Distribute analytical reports and create educational materials • Support Strategic Sourcing Managers and annual financial goals • Handle competitive bidding for low to low-medium risk, high-volume direct and indirect commodity or service projects • Draft contracts, contract amendments, RFPs, RFQs, and related communications • Maintain knowledge of GPO and Trinity contract portfolios and optimize agreement compliance • Coordinate contract approvals and track contract-related communications • Pre-qualify suppliers, support RFP/RFI creation, review responses, and assess product or service applicability • Complete contract amendments and contract lifecycle management system requests, tier reporting, SIPs, and Eloc • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets; develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations • Conduct spend analysis, demand forecasting, supply market intelligence, and risk evaluations • Identify contract optimization and value creation opportunities • Analyze markets, vendor sources, product or service availability, supplier capabilities, and price points • Review, redline, and draft contract language in collaboration with Legal • Ensure effective handoff and implementation of executed contracts • Support contract management systems, audits, reporting, and process improvements • Investigate purchasing and sourcing issues raised by ministries and provide guidance • Support cost savings, efficiency improvements, and enhanced customer service • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business, supply chain management, or data science and at least 3 years of sourcing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in advanced data analytics and procurement practices • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools • Knowledge of information access and use, specification preparation, and bid and contract analysis • Ability to create and maintain accurate records and reports • Ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving, research, and presentation skills • Customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a collaborative, shared leadership environment and a large, geographically dispersed organization • Ability to establish productive relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Prioritization, multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills • Healthcare industry experience is preferred
